1. Consultations & Estimates

Discovery calls and preliminary estimates are complimentary. Estimates are indicative and become binding only after both parties sign the executive project and construction contract.

2. Payments

Projects follow milestone-based payments (design, permits, structure, finishes, delivery). Each milestone requires approval of scope, budget, and schedule before work begins.

3. Communication

Clients receive weekly updates through email/video plus live dashboards. Decisions or changes must be confirmed in writing (email, chat, or portal) to avoid misalignment.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Design phase payments are non-refundable once deliverables are provided. Construction changes are priced via change orders and may affect timelines.

5. Warranty

Completed homes include a one-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer warranties for equipment and fixtures.
